Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 days to let you
know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY:
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shop option. Click the "continue to
shopping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mainlystash@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
